3. Conduct and Usage Rules

When using our facilities, you agree to respect other users and our staff. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises and/or termination of membership.

Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas. No outside food or beverages are allowed unless explicitly permitted by management.

Users must handle equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence or intentional misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.

Arcade District reserves the right to monitor computer usage to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

4. Reservation and Booking Policies

Reservations for gaming stations, private rooms, and tournament entries may be made online or in person, subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for regular bookings and 48 hours in advance for events or private room bookings to be eligible for a refund or credit.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may affect future booking privileges.

Arcade District reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, affected customers will receive a full refund or credit.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payment systems.

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to members via email and posted in our facilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Arcade District and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from our website without prior written permission from Arcade District.

Photography and video recording within our facilities are permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography or recording requires prior written permission.

7. Tournaments and Events

Participation in tournaments and events is subject to specific rules provided for each event. By registering for a tournament or event, you agree to abide by these rules.

Arcade District reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate tournament rules or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.

Prize distribution will be conducted as specified in the tournament rules. All decisions regarding winners and prizes are final.

8. Liability Limitations

Arcade District is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in our facilities. Use of lockers is recommended for valuable items.

We strive to maintain all equipment in good working order but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues will be addressed promptly.

In no event shall Arcade District be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
